Naked Fish was a Japanese Bistro centered in Salt Lake City, Utah, known for fine omakase cuisine. Despite the rebranding to a contemporary Japanese bistro called Ikigai, the restaurant, unfortunately, closed down. This elegant and unique rebranded take centers on the inclusivity Naked Fish brought to the table by providing one continuous and surprising course of the finest cuisine based on the reserved parties’ lifestyles and allergies.
