local hive harvest reserve oregon blackberry

Local Hive has launched their second harvest reserve honey, centered around a specific region in the United States. This limited, 1,000-bottle run of local varietal honey comes entirely from one beekeeper in Oregon’s Willamette Valley. An unusually mild spring in the blackberry-lined valley led to this unique honey: a delectable, confectionary sweetness with notes of cooked fruit and vanilla. Playing off of the flavor cues of the honey, I designed various options based on “Oregon Blackberry” and “Oregon Coast.”
